Scott D. Boyle

Scott Boyle joined Concord Communications in 2001, coming from Acterna (now Viavi Solutions) as an account executive for NEMs and Telcos in New England. Prior to joining Acterna, Scott served 6 years in the military as a PATRIOT missile officer in Germany as Officer in Charge of the battalion communications center, and was deployed twice to Saudi Arabia.  Scott also served as communications liaison officer for a PATRIOT missile task force between US and Israel forces in 1998 and 1999.

Scott received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Factors Engineering from West Point in 1993.

John Hogan
VP of Sales and Business Development

John Hogan joined Concord Communications in October of 2006. John most recently worked in sales at JDSU (formerly Acterna), covering the Verizon and Verizon Wireless accounts. John is well versed in RBOC business initiatives and practices; and has many years experience in managing large accounts. Prior to joining JDSU, John served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Engineering Officer, serving three years in Japan, two years aboard the aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy, and two years in Newport, Rhode Island as an engineering instructor.

John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1993.

Andrew Wolinski
Sales Associate


Andrew joined Concord Communications in July of 2015. He graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2012.  Since graduation, Andrew has worked as the assistant hockey coach for Kent School in CT , then as Syracuse University hockey assistant coach in charge of recruiting, leading them to their first ACHA national tournament in 2014. 


Lesley A. Marchand
Executive Secretary

Lesley Marchand joined Concord Communications in 1988. She is responsible for the day to day operations of CCAI. Lesley serves as the point of contact for customers seeking efficient delivery of their orders, implementing our philosophy of providing excellent customer support as a focal point of our activities.
